A two time recipient of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America for The Marc (Chicago) and Annabelle’s (Naples,Florida) he has spent a lifetime honing his skills in America’s most acclaimed restaurants. On-the-job training at the prestigious hotel, The Breakers, laid the groundwork for a career that would include top positions at upscale destinations in New York (The River Café, Restaurant Raphael) Chicago (Gordon, The Marc) South Florida (Annabelle’s, The Forge and Tsunami), and The Mina Group. In 2006 seeing the demand for “experienced” advice in the industry, he started AMR Consulting, LLC.

in 2009 Andrew decided to merge AMR Consulting, LLC with his friend and colleague, Michaels Jacobs’ MediterAsia Consulting Inc., to share strategic partners and create better economies of scale for the benefit of both company’s clients.
